**Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Gilroy, CA for 2024/2025 School Year**
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Gilroy, CA, for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year. As an SLP, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, working closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
**Position Details:**
- **Title:** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- **Location:** Gilroy, CA
- **Employment Type:** Full-time, Contract
- **Duration:** 2024/2025 School Year
- **Hours:** 35-40 hours per week
- **Schedule:** Monday through Friday
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
**Requirements:**
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
