2024 – 2025 Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CF) – Aurora, CO
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients of all ages with a variety of needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required.
- Willingness to consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) for the position.
- Strong clinical skills with knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients.
