100% Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed, Georgia Licenses Required, 24/25 School Year

A school in the state of Georgia is searching for a full-time, virtual/remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the full 2024-2025 school year (with opportunities to extend into the 24/25 school year). Work from home while helping Special Needs students in a school setting! As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide top-notch speech therapy services to our clients through our online platform. You will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
Requirements:
- Must have Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Must have Georgia SLP License and License in state of residency (if applicable)
Position Details:
- 07/29/2024 - 06/19/2025
- Full-time / up to 35 hours per week
- Caseload: Direct therapy, indirect services, IEP paperwork & meetings, data tracking. Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process
- Pay Range: $30 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, voice, fluency, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEP) based on each client's needs.
- Provide therapy sessions and interventions through our secure online platform.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the client's progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech therapy services.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
