Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using teleconferencing software.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the student's educational team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- MO state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using technology and teletherapy platforms.

- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
