Virtual- Work from home Speech Language Pathologist opening Full-Time in Alaska
Our teams are looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to help remotely with a school district in the state of Alaska. This school district needs someone to work full-time, 37.5 hours, throughout the 22-23 school year. Average caseload is 50; however, elementary schools with special programs run more around 45ish. High school SLPs generally have around 60 on their caseload since those students will mostly receive consult services.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Alaska along with a DEED (teaching) Certificate
You do not need to be residing in Alaska to be considered, however, you need to be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist that is active in Alaska.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluate needs of students
- SLPs will also participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consult services as needed
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication
- Speech Language therapy
