Hours: Full-Time – 35 hours/week
Position Type: In-Person, Itinerant (likely rotating to a different school site each day)
Position Overview:
Santa Clara Unified School District is anticipating four openings for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. These are full-time, in-person positions expected to be itinerant, with each SLPA supporting a different school site daily. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, flexible, and committed to supporting student communication needs in diverse educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students

Follow documented treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide support services under supervision across multiple school sites

Prepare materials and keep data on student progress

Collaborate with school staff to support student success
Qualifications:

Current California SLPA license
-
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Prior school-based experience preferred

Ability to travel between school sites
