Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Near Arroyo Grande, CA
Type: Full-Time Contract, School-Based
Pay Range: $60–$75 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
Soliant is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district near Arroyo Grande, CA. This is a contract, school-based position providing speech and language services to students across K–12 settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students per IEP goals.

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain required documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Active California SLP license through the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.

California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (required for public school settings).
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Previous school-based experience preferred.
State-Specific Requirements (California):

California licensure required to provide speech-language pathology services.

For public schools, candidates must hold or be eligible for a Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
