Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Crestline, CA. This position focuses on supporting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to students, enhancing their communication skills and overall educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans and therapy activities.
- Conduct screening assessments and assist with documentation of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to facilitate communication goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or a related field.
- Certification as an SLPA in California.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
