Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Location: Milliken, CO
Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week (Full-time)
Pay: $35.50-$45.15 depending on experience

Position Overview: As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists to assist in the assessment, treatment, and documentation of clients with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assist in conducting screenings and assessments to identify communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to clients under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support holistic care
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field
- SLPA certification or eligibility for certification in the state of Colorado
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
