Soliant has partnered with a school district in Neenah, WI to interview candidates for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist position. The SLP will work with 30 elementary school students that have mild to moderate speech disorders and impairments. The district is ready to hire a qualified therapist that has a love for working with pediatric populations and working in a team environment. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active Wisonsin SLP license, and previous experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting.

The therapist will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting speech-language screenings for students with suspected disabilities/impairments.
  • Administering formal and informal assessments and making recommendations for the appropriate speech-language services.
  • Collaborating and consulting with classroom teachers and administrators in the management of speech-language services
  • Providing consultative services to integrate speech-language goals into the classroom and other settings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork in a timely manner
