Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Portsmouth, VA
Position Type: Full-Time
Caseload: 40 students (Preschool and Elementary)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Participating in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification
- Virginia state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience:
- Prior experience working with preschool and elementary school students preferred
