Soliant Health is looking for a school speech-language pathologist to be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and speech disorders in students. They will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to design and implement individualized therapy plans and support students in achieving their communication goals.

Responsibilities
   - Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders in students.
   - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to gather relevant information about the student's communication abilities and needs.
   - Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Plans in collaboration with the educational team to outline specific communication goals and objectives.
   - Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students with communication disorders.
   - Prepare progress reports and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to discuss student progress and make necessary adjustments.
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- State licensure or certification as a speech-language pathologist.
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) or prior experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of various communication disorders and speech-language development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Must be eligible to work in the United States
