Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Milwaukee, WI for the current school year. This full-time position offers the flexibility of either an onsite or virtual role and presents a rewarding opportunity to positively impact students' lives through speech therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students within the school district.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to address communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students' academic success and social development.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in educational settings or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
