Speech Language Pathologist Job in Grants Pass, Oregon - 23/24 School Year

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Grants Pass, OR for the 23-24 school year. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. The chosen candidate will work with students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade with varying speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students through individual and group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon
• Prior experience working with K-12 students with varying speech and language needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work with a diverse student population
