About Us: We are an inclusive and vibrant school community in Napa, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our students. Currently, we are in search of a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team immediately and continue with us into the 2024-2025 school year.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for student progress.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to students with warmth and expertise.
- Continuously monitor student progress and adapt therapy techniques as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possess California state licensure/certification as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure).
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- While previous experience in a school setting is preferred, we welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
