Job Opportunity: School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Irving, TX and Surrounding Areas

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Irving, TX and surrounding areas. As an SLPA in a school-based setting, you'll play a vital role in supporting speech-language pathologists and working directly with students to improve their speech and language abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing therapy plans
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students as directed
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure effective communication strategies
- Create engaging activities to promote speech and language development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
