Overview: Our educational team in Illinois is on the lookout for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) dedicated to helping students overcome communication challenges. Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges in students.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Deliver SLPA services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students in improving their communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports as an SLPA.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for the role.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLPA License
