Schools Speech Language Pathologist-Springfield, Ohio

Location: Springfield City, Ohio

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Schools Speech Language Pathology (SLP) to join our team in Springfield City, Ohio. As an SLP, you will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy services to students
• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
• Ohio State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology 
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and caregivers
