About the Opportunity
A supportive district near San Jose is seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language services aligned with student goals

Assist with screenings, progress tracking, and therapy material preparation

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies

Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance with district standards

Support the supervising SLP with caseload organization and student needs

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment
Qualifications

Active California SLPA license required

School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical foundations considered

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while following direction from an SLP
