Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – New Oxford, PA
Blazer Jobs is currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a full-time, school-based contract position in New Oxford, PA. Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
-
Implement treatment plans designed to address student-specific communication goals
-
Work with students individually and in small groups
-
Assist in conducting speech-language screenings and informal assessments
-
Document and track student progress toward IEP goals
-
Prepare and organize therapy materials
-
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
-
Support students with a range of communication disorders, including those in special education programs
Qualifications:
-
Valid SLPA license in the state of Pennsylvania
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
-
Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes highly preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow supervisory guidance
