Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all local and state licensing and certification requirements, including:

Valid Colorado State License for Speech Language Pathology
-
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
-
Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Fingerprint Clearance or equivalent background check
-
Compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) standards for school-based providers
-
Current CPR Certification
-
TB Clearance or other health screenings as required by the school district
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
-
Maintain documentation and progress reports consistent with district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
-
Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed
