Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
-
Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities
-
Work with students to support communication goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Assist in conducting speech-language screenings
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
-
Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to support student success
-
Prepare therapy materials and maintain organization of resources
-
Support students with diverse learning and communication needs, including those in special education
Qualifications:
-
Valid SLPA license in the state of Colorado
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Familiarity with IEP processes and special education practices highly preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
