Desired Qualifications:
- Hold an active state SLPA license (required for consideration)
- Demonstrated experience supporting speech-language services in school settings, including early childhood through high school
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams and support individual student goals
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in grades K-12, under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve their communication goals
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Support speech-language therapy across a variety of learning environments and student needs
