Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school in Golden, CO. This is a part-time, onsite position working 2 days per week. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to students in need of communication support.
Responsibilities:

Assist the supervising SLP with screenings, therapy activities, and progress monitoring

Implement treatment plans and provide services to students individually or in small groups

Document student performance and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support students’ communication goals

Follow IEP guidelines and district policies
Requirements:

Active Colorado SLPA certification or eligibility
-
Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
Compensation:
-
Average hourly rate: $24–$32/hr, depending on experience
