School Speech Pathologist Assistant - Pasadena, Maryland
A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving elementary students (PreK–5th grade) across two schools. The position is based in the Baltimore Area and requires on-site presence, with no remote or hybrid work offered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support to students at Magnolia Elementary (3 days per week) and Prospect Mill Elementary (2 days per week).
- Implement therapy plans under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain compliance with district policies and state licensure requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Professional Licensure as an SLPA.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
- Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care.
Location:
- Baltimore Area, specifically serving schools in the Pasadena, MD region.
Contract and Schedule:
- Contract duration: February 16, 2026, through May 29, 2026, with potential extension into Extended School Year (ESY) during July 2026.
- Full-time schedule, 5 days per week.
