Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | PreK8 | Aurora, CO
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Aurora, CO for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position supports students with mild to moderate disabilities across two school sites, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Start Date: August 2025 (specific date to be shared in interview)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full school year (36-week contract)

Hours: Full time

Caseload: PreK–8th grade students with mild to moderate disabilities; role split between two sites
Compensation
-
Pay Range: $45,000 – $65,000 total for the 36-week contract

The range reflects differences based on caseload size, experience, and specialized skills

Candidates will be offered pay commensurate with their qualifications and the specific assignment
Responsibilities

Deliver speech-language support services under supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Implement IEP goals and track student progress
-
Support students in articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and staff across multiple sites

Maintain accurate documentation for all students served
Requirements
-
Active Colorado SLPA certification or eligibility by start date

Associate degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field

Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred

Flexibility to work across two school sites and multiple grade levels
