Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, with the ability to serve elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and delivering evidence-based intervention
- High level of organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from kindergarten through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school administrators to support students’ educational goals
- Provide direct therapy and monitor progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain clear, timely documentation
