A full-time Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) opportunity is available in West Palm Beach, FL, supporting multiple school locations within the county. This on-site role offers a dynamic caseload varying by assignment, including regular education, ASD, PreK, and other specialized student groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across multiple school sites
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student assessments
- Engage in clinical supervision, with support provided for CFY clinicians
Qualifications:
- Active Florida provisional SLP license issued by the Department of Health
- Eligible or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year as an SLP-CFY; supervision available
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements and clearance through AHCA Clearinghouse as applicable
- Strong communication and organizational skills suitable for school-based settings
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Location: West Palm Beach, FL — On-site at various schools throughout Palm Beach County
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (typically 7 hours per day) with start ASAP through May 29, 2026
Additional Information:
- Fingerprint clearance verification and JLA badge application required for school access
- Prescreen video interview process to assess candidate suitability prior to assignment
