A qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This contract position offers an opportunity to deliver impactful therapy and assessments, supporting communication development across a caseload of 35 students.
Location: Price, UT
Dates: ASAP – May 22, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and diagnostic assessments for a diverse student population
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification with CCC credential
- Experience providing therapy in educational settings, particularly with PreK-12 students
- Strong understanding of special education laws, documentation requirements, and interventions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build cooperative relationships with school staff and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students effectively
