Speech Pathology - Weed, CA
A K-12 school in Weed, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school-based services and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This contract position is available for the current school year and offers an opportunity to support students’ communication development in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to promote communication skills and educational success
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input and recommendations
