Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Thomasville, North Carolina, for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role working directly with students to support communication, language, and academic development in a collaborative educational environment.
About the Role
The SLP will provide evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative services to students with communication disorders and speech-language needs. This position is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, individualized support, and making a meaningful impact through school-based practice.
You will:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

Support IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in meetings, professional development, and compliance activities
Qualifications

Active North Carolina SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
