A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services in a K-12 educational setting. This role involves delivering telespeech therapy to students across multiple grade levels, focusing on improving communication skills and supporting individualized education plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual speech-language therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Assessing and evaluating speech and language development needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators and parents to monitor student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (IL SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience with telespeech or virtual therapy delivery in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting children and adolescents
- Ability to manage a caseload of students while working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
