Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) WA
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality virtual services to K–12 students across Washington. This fully remote position is ideal for an SLP who has strong clinical skills, a passion for educational impact, and the ability to use technology to deliver engaging therapy. You will work closely with school teams, families, and VocoVision’s support staff to ensure students receive accessible, individualized communication services that support academic success.
This role offers excellent flexibility and independence while still providing strong clinical collaboration and structured expectations. You’ll conduct assessments, lead virtual therapy sessions, and contribute to student growth through evidence-based treatment plans. We are seeking a clinician who brings professionalism, consistency, and creativity to virtual service delivery.
Responsibilities

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments using digital standardized tools.

Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and district guidelines.

Provide direct therapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload with varying communication needs.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and data tracking within required timelines.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional team discussions.

Utilize digital therapy materials, interactive tools, and VocoVision technology to deliver engaging services.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Washington SLP license + ESA certification required.

ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.

Previous virtual experience helpful but not required—training provided.

Reliable computer, secure workspace, and high-speed internet.

Strong communication skills and comfort navigating virtual platforms.
