Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about helping students communicate, learn, and succeed — all from the comfort of your home? We’re seeking skilled and compassionate virtual clinicians to support K–12 students across Florida for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.
This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position — ideal for SLPs who want flexibility, professional independence, and the chance to make a real difference in students’ lives through virtual therapy.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy to K–12 students in a virtual setting.

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments aligned with each student’s IEP goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with IDEA and Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) standards.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress and communication development.

Attend virtual IEP meetings, complete documentation, and maintain compliance with Florida education and licensure regulations.

Utilize engaging, interactive online therapy tools to deliver effective virtual sessions.
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited university — REQUIRED.

Active Florida license issued by the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology — REQUIRED.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) — REQUIRED.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting — REQUIRED.

Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP development, and Florida school-based service delivery standards.

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
