A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 educational setting located in Oklahoma City, OK. This contract opportunity spans the entire school year with a weekly commitment of 35 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students ranging from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s specific communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in meetings regarding student assessments and intervention plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with children across a PK-12 age range.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
