Telehealth Speech Therapy in NE

A short-term contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based services with a focus on telespeech and in-person support. This position covers maternity leave from the last week of April through May 21 and offers the chance to work with a caseload spanning 4th grade students up to age 21.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and delivering therapy aligned with individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Providing telespeech services alongside traditional face-to-face therapy to meet diverse student needs
- Collaborating with school staff to support student communication development and academic success
- Maintaining detailed and compliant documentation of student progress and sessions
Preferred qualifications include:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with credentials for school-based practice
- Experience working with a variety of student ages from elementary through young adulthood
- Competency in delivering both telespeech and in-person speech therapy services
- Familiarity with educational and therapeutic strategies tailored to school settings
