Are you a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to positively influence students’ lives while working from home? We are seeking a passionate SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you will support a diverse group of students, helping them navigate communication challenges and reach their maximum potential. As an integral member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and fluency disorders; develop and carry out customized IEPs for each student.
- Provide direct therapy services and adjust treatment plans based on student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support communication development.
- Screen for issues, keep organized records, and engage in collaborative meetings.
- Advocate for students, offer training, and stay updated on the latest practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alabama Teaching Certification required
- Alabama SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly Rate: $40-$45
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
