Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for SLP (or eligibility)
- Prior experience working with elementary school-aged children, especially in pre-k through 5th grade
- Strong commitment to providing inclusive, student-centered therapy within a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to a consistent caseload of around 50 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational and communication goals
- Document and monitor student progress, remaining in compliance with all relevant regulations and district policies
- Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders
