Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Virtual with On-Campus Flexibility
Location: Eagle Creek, OR (Virtual with limited on-site days)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students in the Eagle Creek area. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to be on campus a few days each month. You’ll work primarily online, supporting students’ communication growth and success.
Key Details:

Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM)

Caseload: Approximately 65–70 students

About a dozen students will be solely case-managed

The remainder of the caseload involves consult and related service support
Service Model:
Sessions typically held every 2–4 weeks, depending on service minutes
Services are primarily provided in small group settings, not one-on-one
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for an SLP who is:
Comfortable providing services in a virtual school setting
Skilled at organizing and balancing a mixed caseload
Collaborative, communicative, and student-centered
Excited to make a meaningful impact through flexible service delivery
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Oregon SLP license (or eligibility)
Experience in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred
