A full-time opening is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students in grades K-8. This leave replacement contract offers an opportunity to support students' communication development while working either virtually or in-person in the Rosemount, Minnesota area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with Minnesota Department of Education standards
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Credentials:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally K-8 grade range
- Ability to work effectively in both virtual and in-person settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
