Elementary SLP Join a Collaborative Team in Ridgecrest, CA
Location: Ridgecrest, CA
Dates: 09/29/2025 – 05/28/2026
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (8:00–4:00 with 30-min unpaid lunch)
Caseload: Elementary, currently 52 students with 3 pending, split across two schools
Role Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a professional Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive elementary team in Ridgecrest, CA. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and experienced in school-based settings. The position is primarily onsite but virtual options may be considered.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to assigned students according to IEPs.

Conduct assessments and participate in evaluations for new students.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting.

Support social-emotional and communication goals for students.
Requirements:

Full California SLP License (required)

Prior school-based experience required

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Professional demeanor and flexibility in schedule
