Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple campuses

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Travel between 2-3 local school sites to provide itinerant services as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and student progress
  • Contribute to team meetings and support a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt interventions to meet students’ varying needs and abilities
