A bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is sought for a travel assignment in Rantoul, IL, serving a school setting for the 2024-2025 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, primarily serving bilingual Spanish-speaking students alongside monolingual clients.

Responsibilities will include delivering compassionate and effective speech and language therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through 8th grade. The caseload consists of approximately 10-15 bilingual (Spanish) students, with the total caseload potentially reaching 40-45 students if full-time. Therapy will be tailored to meet individual student needs, supporting communication development and academic progress.

Qualifications and experience desired:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English to deliver bilingual services
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload including both bilingual and monolingual students
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to start mid-August with an end date in late May (subject to emergency day extensions)
