School Speech Language Pathologist - Orland Park, Illinois

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Prior school-based experience working with K-8 populations preferred
- Comfort working on-site (remote or virtual services not considered)
- Strong documentation and case management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students in a school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain records in line with district and state compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts
