What you’ll do as a School-Based SLP:
Work with students to identify and treat speech and language delays or disorders. You’ll assess needs, create therapy plans, conduct sessions, collaborate on IEPs, and track progress to promote academic success.
State-specific requirements for Washington:
Applicants must have or be eligible for Washington State licensure through the Department of Health and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Experience in educational settings preferred.
