A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, serving young learners in Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) programs. This onsite role is based in Vale, Oregon, within a rural K-12 educational setting dedicated to supporting the developmental needs of children through early speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for early childhood populations
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Supervise a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation compliant with state and district policies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Eligibility for or current Oregon SLP licensure
- Experience working with EI/ECSE populations highly preferred
- Ability to supervise an SLPA
