Speech Language Pathologist in Northfield, MN

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- School-based SLP experience, especially with elementary-aged students, is a plus
- Proficiency in assessing and implementing intervention plans for speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and re-evaluations for referred students
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy based on IEP goals
- Provide clear documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Consult with teachers to implement classroom strategies that foster communication
- Support inclusive practices and a welcoming classroom climate
