Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - North Las Vegas, NV
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the North Las Vegas, NV area, serving schools within the Las Vegas region. This contract role runs through May 22, 2026, with start dates as soon as possible. Assignments, caseloads, and student age groups vary depending on the specific school placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, interventions, and support to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports in compliance with district guidelines
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; SLP Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Active Nevada Department of Education Certification and Nevada SLP License required
- Full-time availability with immediate start preferred
- Previous experience in school settings advantageous; range of 0 to 10+ years considered
- Compliance with district fingerprinting and credentialing processes
- Ability to participate in pre-screen interviews during designated hours (flexible scheduling available)
Location: North Las Vegas, NV (on-site only; no remote or hybrid options)
