Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid MA Speech-Language Pathology license is required
- Current DESE certification (Massachusetts Teaching Certificate)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload, both individually and in small groups
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with district and legal requirements
- Attend eligibility, annual review, and progress meetings as needed
- Provide consultation and support to faculty and families on best practices in communication development
