Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement intensive individualized speech and language programs tailored to students with multiple handicapping conditions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language difficulties, documenting findings and developing targeted intervention plans.
- Maintain detailed clinical files, including evaluation data, observations, and therapy recommendations.
- Collaborate with instructional staff and communicate progress updates to parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
Qualifications:
- CA Speech-Language Pathology Licensure.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- Valid educator credential is required.
- Experience working within K-12 school settings, preferably with elementary-age children.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseloads effectively and collaborate with educators and families.
